Hello Hello AI Chatbot Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

Hello Hello is the trading name of Inspired Seasons Ltd (company registration number 05656933), with a registered office at 30 Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2NL.

 

 

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to attendees of the SME XPO 2025, aged 18 or over, who complete the interactive chatbot quiz in full. Only one entry per person will be counted.

 

 

3. How to Enter

To enter, users must engage with the Hello Hello chatbot at the SME XPO and complete the quiz using the chatbot interface.

 

 

4. Prizes

Three winners will each receive:

 

• A fully functional AI chatbot

• Setup and onboarding support

• A 3-month free trial (fair usage rules apply)
   

After the 3-month trial, the chatbot service will continue at standard pricing unless cancelled by the user. No credit card is required to activate the trial.

 

5. Fair Usage

The free chatbot is provided subject to fair usage:

 

• One chatbot instance per winner

• Reasonable business use only (no reselling, scraping, or abuse)

• Any additional fair usage parameters will be covered during onboarding

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 30 June 2025 and announced on the Hello Hello website. Winners will also be contacted directly via the contact details they provided.

7. Data Use & Consent

By participating, entrants consent to:

• Use of their contact details to facilitate the quiz experience

• Future communications from Hello Hello (you may unsubscribe at any time)

• Contact in the event of winning

Your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations

No cash alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable. Hello Hello reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary.
